Forget Pareto's principle of 80/20 - it is more like Tom's principle of 90/10.

See if this principle impacts in your business and personal life.

e.g. You spend 90% of your time with 10% of your friends.

Businesses generate 90% of their income from 10% of their Clients. But they often only put in 10% of their effort on these important sources of revenue!
