Some of the recent challenges have been migrations from older versions of office
to Office 2010 and for some firms to Office 2007.
The applications requiring the most changes have been Microsoft Excel and
Microsoft Access, This seems to be due to the whole new way these applications
work which changes functionality and breaks others, plus the way these were
previously designed may not have been that robust.
